As a highly qualified, advanced & experienced personal trainer, my aim is to create a personalised and innovative fitness program for you to achieve your goals - whatever they may be! Small steps - massive results!

My service is as a mobile personal trainer. Your personal training sessions can happen anywhere there is sufficient space - your home or workplace, the great outdoors, or the gym. After an initial consultation and optional health check, I will create a personalised exercise and training regime for you and give you all the help and motivation you need to see it through.

I am a top ten performing athlete in Scotland at cross-country and road running, as well as a trained dancer with Gold Bar awards in Latin American and Ballroom dancing. I am motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to using my personal experience in sport to add value for my clients.
